The conditions of use and sale listed below, contain legal information concerning your rights according to regulations about contracts in mail order business and electronic business connections.

1. Area of Application:
The conditions of use and sale below apply to all deliveries of ProPassione GmbH for end users.

2. Contract Partner:
The contract will be closed with ProPassione GmbH, Managing director Gerd Werkmann, Wiesbadener Strasse 13, D-65830 Kriftel, Trade Register AG Frankfurt am Main HRB 83990. 3. Offer and Contract:

3.1
The presentation of the products in the online shop is considered rather a prompt to order than a binding judicial offer.
3.2
With your click on the button "Order now" you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page respective in the shopping basket. The contract will be closed, if we accept the order by acknowledgement per e-mail right after receipt of the order. You have the coice to close the contract either in German or in English. We save the contract and send you our conditions of use and sale via e-mail. You can look up your previous orders in your coustomer account.

4. Right of Rescission:
You may return the goods without indicating of reasons within 14 days. The period starts with the reception of this information in text form, (e. g. tas letter, fax or e- mail), but not before delivery of the goods to the recipient (in the case of partial delivery with the recption of the first part) and also not before fullfilment of our information duty according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Abs. 1 und 2 EGBGB as well as our duty according § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In this case we will have the package picked up at our expense and risk (if parcels, through parcel service). Only in case goods, which cannot be shipped with parcel service you may claim your right of rescission in text form. 4.1 Conditions of Return:
In case of a valid return, received benefits of both sides have to be returned and, if applicable drawn advatages to be given back. Impaired goods shall entitle the receiver to equivalent compensation. This does not apply if damage is caused by checking as it was possible in a retail store. Further you may avoid compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and refrain from anything, which affects the value of the goods. The obligation for compensation has to be fullfilled within 30 days. The period begins with the sending back of the goods or the notice of return, for us with the reception of the goods.

5. Pricing and Shipping:

All prices on the product pages are including VAT.

In addition to displayed prices we charge for standard deliveries shipping costs as listed under shipping. Shipping costs will be clearly marked on the order page and on the order acknowledgement. 5.3
Fee for cash on delivery (in Germany only) is 7.95 EUR Customs clearing cost per shipment to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are 19.95 EUR and are included in the shipping flat. Other costs don't arise. With shipping to non EC countries additional customs clearing costs, taxes and fees will arise.

6. Delivery:
The delivery is handled by parcel service.

For prepayments, we tell you our bank account on the order acknowledgement and ship the goods after receipt of payment.
